Description

Sick of walking on Broken Glass.

This is a vent pic but please do not fret. ;; I've been stressed because of work so that's why I drew this. The past week especially has been hard on me but I don't want to worry people so I won't go into detail. I just drew this to express my feelings. I also like the illusion of glass which is why I expressed it through that.

This is an old character of mine I make about 4 years ago. Her name is Layla and I thought that drawing her in the picture would be fitting as the meaning behind the saying fits her backstory a lot.

I did this on RMD but because this was drawn on RMD's Chibi Paint there's no animation this time! I tried to convey a simpler style and I really like how it turned out. Simple but effective and gets the meaning across. Need to do more simple pics like this! ;w;

I challenged myself and tried to stay zoomed at (100%) most of the time, so that's why the eyes aren't very detailed. Tried a grudgeyish style for the wall. And the writing (graffiti?) was overlayed with many colors to make it glowly and stand out since it's comforting words. My signature also got covered by RMD's logo apparently as well. XD;;

I must resist fretting as well because you can tell me all about it on msn then! ;A; Just don't be afraid to ever call me on my cell phone and tell me to get my tired, as lazy as ever butt on msn! XP;

Anyway, I actually thought it was Demi in the picture at first! Ah, Layla, I have missed her so much! She is so precious!

I remember when you first made her! :star: I love the details you've placed into this and I love how you didn't zoom for the eyes cause they look totally awesome! I need to work on faraway poses and angles! I really do. ^^;
