This was a speed-paint I did and finally got to finish it last night. I was always inspired by PK's style of speed-painting. How she does really quick "painting" and such. So I referenced some of her Pokemon speed-paints for inspiration...I hope she doesn't mind that...; ;

This was actually very relaxing for me. To actually color without fretting how everything looked. Quick, un-blended brushstrokes were what I tried since her speed-paints were somewhat similar. (Though her's were more bigger brush-strokes) Drew this on a huge canvas (1,800 X 2,000) and shrunk it down. 'Cause sometimes it looks nice when they're small too. And for this style I figured it would.

Why a Mesprit and Umbreon? Well last week my cousin and I were playing HeartGold. I had switched to playing Diamond after awhile because I wanted to go and catch another Mesprit but trade it to my HG. ;u; And since I had all the legendaries untouched ('cause it was my whatever play through and I already had all my precious legdendaries from the previous one) I set off to get her~ In doing this it inspired my cousin to go get Raikou for his HG. (Probably 'cause Raikou's a "runner" also)

Anywho~ I reallyyyyy wanted to catch her in a Luxury ball or a Heal ball. Now as you know those have the catch rate of a regular poke ball. Very slim-to-none chance to catch higher leveled Pokemon much less a legendary.. But I was stubborn and bought about...40 of each. 40 Luxuries and 40 Heals. I grabbed my darling Moonlight (My Umbreon~) and ran off to find her~

I managed to catch her in a Luxury ball~~ > w < ~wassohappyyy~ And named her Empathy after my beloved Mesprit plushie I have. (Whom is named that)

And if you're curious I had...I believe 2 luxury balls and 4 heal balls after this was all said and done. XD Rofl. I think so anyways~

This scene would probably be just as the battle's about to start I guess~ owo Was at nighttime in the grass. Mesprit's giggling and sticks her tongue out ready to flee and then Moonlight uses Mean Look prevent her from running. I guess. x3
